Igloo Experience forTwo Inclusions: 2-hour reservation in a private holiday-themed "igloo" with dedicated table service One wine or hard cider flight per person. Each person will be able to choose between a dry wine flight of 4, sweet wine flight of 4, or hard cider flight of 4 during the reservation One pre-packaged charcuterie tray to share. A Twenty One Barrels logo glass for each person to take home Cost: $65 + tax
Cancellation Policy
To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests, please review the following rules and restrictions for our holiday-themed igloo reservations: Age Restrictions: This experience is designed for adults. Due to limited space inside the igloos as well as fluctuating temps,no infants or young children are permitted inside the igloos. Children ages 13+ may attend with a parent or guardian but must remain with them at all times. Please note that all children, regardless of age, count toward the total guest capacity inside the igloo. No discounts or refunds will be given if you choose to bring your child that is under the age of 21. In lieu of tasting flights, anyone under 21 will be offered non-alcoholic beverages during the reservation but there will be no discounts or refunds if you choose this option. The package price remains the same. Payment & Discounts: Gift cards, "Barrel Bucks," and other discounts cannot be applied toward the igloo experience reservation. Gratuity is not included in the cost of the experience. While not required, gratuity for your server is appreciated. Non-Refundable Tickets: Reservations are non-refundable and intended for the specific guest count at the time of purchase (either for four or six people). Outside Food & Beverages: Guests may bring their own snacks or enjoy the food truck options (availability and offerings vary, and we have limited control over food truck scheduling). Outside beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are strictly prohibited. Dress Appropriately: Dress warmly, as temperatures may vary inside the igloos. Smoking & Safety: Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas on the property. No cooking or food preparation, open flames, lighters, or other fire hazards are allowed inside the igloo. Compliance: Failure to read and comply with these rules will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. These guidelines help us provide a safe, festive, and cozy experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
