Looking for the perfect venue to host your next small private gathering? Our space is available for bookings Monday through Thursday and Saturdays, offering multiple time slots to suit your needs. The indoor tasting room, front patio, and side patio are available.

Monday - Thursday Time Slots: No rental fee, bar tab minimum $350 total. All alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and retail purchases count toward the min. 

•    4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
•    5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
•    6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Saturday Time Slot: $150/Hour rental fee plus $250 bar tab minimum
•    10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Perfect for brunch-inspired gatherings!

If you would like to rent the entire facility on a Saturday after 1pm we will need to provide a custom quote.

Sunday rentals not available due to local restrictions.

Food Policy
Feel free to bring your own food or cater your event since we do not have a kitchen or offer food services. Whether it's snacks, finger foods, or a full meal, you're welcome to make your event as delicious as you'd like! 

Additional Amenities
•    Water Station: A dedicated water station will be available for your guests throughout the event to keep hydrated.
•    6 ft Table: Upon request, we can provide a 6 ft table for your use during the event.
•    Set-up/Clean-up: You may arrive up to 20 minutes before the scheduled time slot and stay up to 20 minutes after for set-up/clean-up. Additional time may be available, but must be approved in advance

 

Capacity
•    Indoor Tasting Room: Accommodates up to 30 guests.
•    Front covered patio: Accommodates up to 30 guests. Can be enclosed/heated.
•    Covered Side Patio: Accommodate up to 35 guests. Is covered, but not enclosed/heated.

Booking Process
To inquire about booking your event, please send a booking request via email to Info@21barrels.com. All requests must include the requested date, time slot, number of guests, and type of event. 

Please note that children are welcome during private events, but we do not host children’s birthday parties, graduation parties, or other events geared toward minors or those under legal drinking age. We also do not host weddings. Your party is not booked until you have scheduled a tour, applicable deposits paid, & the event has been confirmed in writing by a member of our staff. We do not take booking requests via phone or social media.
